Proactively identifying and addressing risk issues and weaknesses in products, polices and processes along with relevant controls.
Identification, assessment, reporting and monitoring of bank wide risks through Risk Radar.
Collection of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) through OKRI Model and Risk Control & Self-Assessment (RCSA) through Checklist. KRI and RCSA reports will be shared to Senior management / Risk Committees on quarterly Basis.
Conduct Risk and Control activity (RCA) for Corporate office functions.
Ensure that centralized Loss Data base is maintained in accordance with BASEL / SBP Guidelines.
Preparation of regulatory and incident reporting Dashboard on Daily Basis.
Monitoring of Hourly Limit of 1-Link Cash withdrawal / POS ,1-IBFT and revenue lines.
Preparation of agendas to report Operational Risk issues to Risk Management Committee (RMC) & Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC).
Perform risk review on Bank vide activities i.e. BCP Drills, Auction process, Cognos Analytics.
Liaison with concerned departments in order to identify potential risk and suggest controls in order to minimize potential risk.
Assist Unit Head in reviewing risk policies and procedures

Preparation of Credit & Deposit Dashboard on daily basis for onward circulation to senior Management.
Preparation and assessment of overdue accounts, collections efficiency, Prepayment analysis, default concentrations, provisions made against defaults, recoveries made against write-off cases, re-scheduling/ re-structuring, exceptions, write-offs etc in light of internal and external guidelines (SBP, SECP).
Provide risk review of bank’s policies / products in line with regulator requirement and bank’s internal policies.
Analysis and Management of Non-Performing Loans (NPL) to decrease infected portfolio and forecasting of watchlist loans and Non-Performing Loans.
Updating Micro watch Data to perform Peer Analysis.
Validate e-CIB data on monthly basis.
Evaluate Gold loans to create an opportunity for portfolio expansion.
Preparation of monthly and Quarterly risk review report for Risk Management Committee (RMC).
Ensure timely compliance to audit observations
Any other tasks assigned by Unit Head Risk or Chief Risk Officer.
Update the reporting template in the light of changing market dynamics to strengthen the reporting framework and presentation formats for portfolio analysis
Development and Implementation of Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF) and Internal Risk Rating Model (Obligor Risk Rating & Facility Risk Rating).
Assist in Development of Operational Loss Event Data Base (OLED) and Branch Risk Profiling.
Bank vide collection, assessment and reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Risk Control & Self-Assessment (RCSA) and fraud incidents to senior management and Board committees.
Provide risk assessment to stakeholders on newly initiated business products, referred files, circulars, policies and manuals.
Implementation of Operational and Credit Risk Management Policy to all Branches of ZTBL.
Prepare Credit Risk Reports relating to credit portfolio analysis (Portfolio Mix, Portfolio at Risk & Impaired loans, Recovery Trend, Zone wise NPL Concentration, Heat Map, NPL Stats, NPL Provisioning, NPL Forecast and Stressed NPLs) for senior management/committees.
Preparation of Quarterly Business Risk Review Report (BRR)
Liaison with concerned departments & branches in order to identify potential risk and provide appropriate actions/responses for emerging areas in order to minimize potential risk of the bank.
Conduct Stress Testing as required by SBP.
Coordination & Preparation of agendas for Internal Risk Management Committee (IRMC) & Board Risk Management Committee (BRMC).
Any other task assigned by Competent Authority.
Evaluating, analyzing, appraising and processing of credit proposals received from borrower, ensuring that are in compliance to the banks credit policy and prescribed regulations.
Review Credit documents and legal documents of the loan file before disbursement.
Balancing of all accounts and other supplementary registers/ledgers.
Scrutinize and maintain specimen signatures cards of the account holders in his safe custody for comparison at the time of withdrawal.
Ensure Credit advices are being responded/adjusted within prescribed period.
Ensure that entries in the Sundry and Suspense Accounts are adjusted as per standing instructions of the Bank/SBP.
Ensure that cash with other banks and in safe is maintained according to the prescribed limit and the bank\'s account is properly and periodically reconciled.
